I was 10 years international journalist (reports for time mag, nyt,…).
After leaving 10 year as an in Asia, South America and USA, I now have been teaching resilience and wellbeing for the EU Institutions for the past 10 years as well.
Over my 20 years of experience in meditation and yoga, I stayed in 70 countries. I have extensive knowledge of expatriation and multicultural environment.
