This face-to-face training course on Understanding Organisational Cultures in the EU allows to better understand how European context is characterized by a cultural variety. Nonetheless, the cultural level of Europe, is characterized by great diversity based on a set of commonand similar values, which are major components of European integration. What are actually the specificities of the Organisational Culture in the European Union?
This is a training developed at the core of AIM values and deveoped especially for the European Institutions. It allows to further one’s understanding of cultural dimensions and their impact on work, improve interpersonal relations in multicultural contexts. It allows participants to actually know how to use diversity as a source of learning at work.
