This training course on Human Relations in a Multicultural Environment allows you to improve your relationships in the workplace. In recent decades, globalisation has changed the operations of many institutions and companies. This raises the following questions: How to encourage fruitful cooperation between employees representing different cultural backgrounds? How to find a common identity in a multicultural team?
This training lies close to the core of AIM’s values and was developed especially for the European Institutions. It allows you to further your understanding of cultural dimensions and their impact on work, as well as to improve interpersonal relations in multicultural contexts. It teaches participants to use diversity as a source of learning at work.
