What is a conflict and how can we detect it?

 

What are the causes and types of conflict you are faced with?

 

This training course tackles how to prevent, manage and resolve conflicts. It allows you to understand denied needs and practice assertiveness. You will be practicing empathy and improving your active listening skills.

 

Theory and group-discussions as well as hands-on practice will help you choose your conflict resolution style and learn and practice the conflict resolution process.
