What is a conflict and how can we detect it?

 

What are the causes and types of conflict you are faced with?

 

This training course tackles how to recognise, prevent, and manage conflicts. It allows you to understand denied needs and practice assertiveness. You will be practicing empathy and improving your active listening skills.

 

Theory and group-discussions as well as hands-on practice will help you recognise your conflict resolution style and learn and practice the conflict resolution process.

 

This training course can be delivered with either a systemic approach, an emotional approach or a psychological approach. Depending on this choice, the learning objectives will vary.
