The complexity of the issues that you are facing at work is at the heart of your activity.

 

In this face-to-face training course, participants will get practical and theoretical tools to apply to real-life problems they are confronted to at work. They will analyse and solve this problems with systematic and creative approaches. At the end of this workshop, participant will be able to identify the various components of a problem (current situation, expected results, stakeholders) and use specific tools to solve complex problems (including their human dimension). They will have a better understanding of their own problem-solving style and a diversity of styles among colleagues in order to adapt the problem-solving techniques they use when working in teams.
