Our packages of short training courses cover a large array of competencies that allow any actor, regardless of category or function, to accomplish tasks more efficiently and effectively. We adapt our training courses to your context or we design “tailor-made” training for your particular professional environment.

This two-hour workshop about well-being offers concrete preventive tools to be used at work. Though interconnected, each pillar of well-being can be taken individually.

It gives participants access to a variety of simple and practical tools to improve their well-being at work. This practical workshop is based on experience and will focus on emotional aspects of well-being. The workshop’s objectives are:

  • Identify one’s own emotions 
  • Understand where and how these emotions are expressed in the body
  • Acknowledge what emotions are communicating with respect to one’s needs
  • Manage our emotions according to one’s needs

 

 

PWBM: Pillars for Mental Wellbeing 

This two-hour workshop about well-being offers concrete preventive tools to be used at work. Though interconnected, each pillar of well-being can be taken individually.

It gives participants access to a variety of simple and practical tools to improve their well-being at work. This practical workshop is based on experience and will focus on mental aspects of well-being. The workshop’s objectives are:

PWBMIND2: Mindfulness 2 – At work  (New!)

This practical and experiential workshop will be focused on how to create a mindfulness day at work. Quality of presence is a way of being in our lives and at work. When we learn to be in the present moment, we learn to accept who we are and what we live. Using a set of tools and exercises, participants will be able to:

  • Learn to be present, with what is in the moment
  • Deepen their presence in what they do at work, and how they do it
  • Engage into mindful conversations with colleagues

SELF-COMP: Self-Compassion – Tools for dealing with life’s challenging moments

This 2-day training course is recommended for colleagues who are:
